How to set up your eSIM in Bali
If you order Bali eSIM at Hey Komodo, then we will send you a Barcode after you finish making payment.
The barcode that we send is then scanned and installed on your cellphone. (Make sure your cellphone can use eSIM before making transactions with us or other eSIM service providers).
Then we will ask for your data for your IMEI and eSIM registration process, this is a regulation imposed by the Indonesian government to all travelers who want to use a local connection.
